The transvestite, christened Susan Achora, a resident of Mbale town nevertheless better published as Dr Suzana, checked into Tororo hospital in dire need of quick medical attention, claiming to have a problem with "her" anal system and required an operation.

The patient was these days transferred to a private room in the men's ward, on the contrary not before he grossly protested the move insisting that "I am a woman."


Suzana, whose real age and identity remain a mystery, is ostensibly a renowned female herbalist, whose utility and activities enjoy been advertised on most FM stations in Mbale town, principally on Open Gate FM.


It is understood that he had been posing as a woman for a long time, as a herbalist who claimed to clear up bedroom adversity alongside curing barrenness, impotence and infertility. In Mbale town, 'Suzana' enjoyed a predominantly female clientele, who had been wealthy to 'her' championing treatment.

In a bizarre twist to the whole affair, Suzana managed to escape from the hospital on Sunday night, fleeing an impending arrest by the police. Tororo District Boys in blue Commander Gad Okumu was evasive when asked how Suzana managed to lose the police, and chose to point accusing digit at the hospital authorities.
