The transvestite, christened Susan Achora, a resident of Mbale town nevertheless better published as Dr Suzana, checked into Tororo hospital in dire need of quick medical attention, claiming to have a problem with "her" anal system and required an operation.
In diagnosing her ailment, doctors recommended a visit into the operating theatre, for a thorough analysis.
However, all hell broke loose when the doctors, who included a medical staff, Mr Paul Wesonga, discovered that the patient Susan Achora, a rough-faced hitherto 'female' of light epidermis complexion and assuming the dress and manner only associated with the opposite sex, was a mature man after all, circumcised, and did not gain any female genital features.
The patient was these days transferred to a private room in the men's ward, on the contrary not before he grossly protested the move insisting that "I am a woman."
Suzana, whose real age and identity remain a mystery, is ostensibly a renowned female herbalist, whose utility and activities enjoy been advertised on most FM stations in Mbale town, principally on Open Gate FM.
It is understood that he had been posing as a woman for a long time, as a herbalist who claimed to clear up bedroom adversity alongside curing barrenness, impotence and infertility. In Mbale town, 'Suzana' enjoyed a predominantly female clientele, who had been wealthy to 'her' championing treatment.

In a bizarre twist to the whole affair, Suzana managed to escape from the hospital on Sunday night, fleeing an impending arrest by the police. Tororo District Boys in blue Commander Gad Okumu was evasive when asked how Suzana managed to lose the police, and chose to point accusing digit at the hospital authorities.

However, a medical staff, who chose anonymity, told Diurnal Observer that the hospital notified the police on Saturday, of the bizarre discovery, "but they failed to respond."
